At shop.realsports, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and tagged merchandise. Please note that customized jerseys and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping box and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
